Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions The Company contracted with GEG for outsourced software application development services pursuant to an agreement entered into between the Company and GEG, which included a convertible note. David Toole, who served as a member of the Company's board of directors until February 2, 2018, is a majority owner and an officer of GEG.
