Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On February 2, 2018, the Company's shareholders approved an amendment to the 2017 Plan to increase the number of shares available for issuance under the plan by 425,000, which increased the maximum number of share available for issuance under the 2017 Plan from 1,125,000 to 1,550,000.
