Stockholders’ Equity

During the three months endedSeptember 30, 2016, the Company issued 9,000 shares of restricted stock and 28,000 shares of common stock upon the exercise of warrants and options. During the three months endedSeptember 30, 2016, 6,000 shares of restricted stock were canceled or surrendered as payment of tax withholding upon vesting.

The Company’s Articles of Incorporation authorize the issuance of preferred shares. However, as of September 30, 2016, none have been issued and no rights or preferences have been assigned to the preferred shares by the Company’s Board of Directors.
