On November 14, 2018, CPFH LLC was formed to purchase certain real estate assets among partners in a Joint Venture. The Company’s share of the Joint Venture is 25%. The table below details CPFH LLC’s revenues and operating loss during the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017 (in thousands):
