On November 12, 2013, Rollins, Inc., a nationwide consumer services company (NYSE:ROL), issued a press release to announce that it, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Orkin, has established the company’s 26^th international franchises St. Lucia.

Orkin Establishes Franchise in St. Lucia

ATLANTA, November 12, 2013 – Rollins Inc., a nationwide consumer services company (NYSE: ROL), announced today that the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Orkin, has established an international franchise in St. Lucia.

St. Lucia will offer commercial and residential pest control and termite control services.

“Orkin’s international expansion continues,” said Tom Luczynski, group vice president of Orkin international development and franchising. “We are pleased to expand our presence in the Caribbean and to bring Orkin’s quality services to customers in St. Lucia.”

Initial training for the franchisee will take place at the company’s award-winning training center later this year.
