ATLANTA, GEORGIA, On October 22, 2013: Rollins, Inc., a nationwide consumer services company (NYSE:ROL), announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.09 per share plus a special year-end dividend of $0.09 per share both payable December 10, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business November 8, 2013. The Company hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its Press Release dated October 22, 2013, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
