PROJECT ALPHA SUMMARY OF TERMS TRANSACTION TERMS DETAILS This summary of financial terms is provided for discussion purposes only. It is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all of the relevant terms contained in the Agreement nor a complete description of the terms described below. The terms as described below are subject to the further terms and conditions of the Agreement. STRUCTURE .........................................................
