As used in this current report on Form 8-K, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms “we,” “us,” “the Company,” and “Saflink” refer to Saflink Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 24, 2007, Glenn L. Argenbright resigned as a member of our board of directors and will no longer serve as a director of Saflink.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 24, 2007, FLO Corporation paid us the remaining principal balance of the $6.3 million promissory note FLO issued to us in connection with its acquisition of all of our Registered Traveler assets in April 2007. In connection with the payment of the promissory note, we cancelled certain of our outstanding 8% convertible debentures issued June 12, 2006, that were assigned to FLO, representing an aggregate principal amount of approximately $1.8 million.
