Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.

On June 18, 2007, we engaged BDO Seidman LLP as our new independent accountants. During our two most recent fiscal years and through the date of this report, we have not consulted with BDO regarding issues of the type described in Item 304(a)(2) of Regulation S-K.
