Assets Held for Sale

We are in the process of marketing for sale certain of current and long-lived assets and liabilities held by the Company. These assets were part of our acquisition of Arlon and are part of our Other segment. These assets are not consistent with our core strategic objectives. We have disclosed these assets as held for sale as of September 30, 2015 and all assets classified as held for sale are no longer depreciated. As the assets and liabilities are expected to be sold within the next twelve months, all assets and liabilities have been reported current.
