* For the year ended December 31, 2022, 119 claims were dismissed and 16 claims were settled. For the year ended December 31, 2021, 125 claims were dismissed and 18 claims were settled. Settlements totaled approximately $2.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2022, compared to $2.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2021.
