Share Repurchase

On August 6, 2015, we initiated a share repurchase program (the Program) of up to $100.0 million of the Company's capital stock. The Program has no expiration date, and may be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. As of June 30, 2016, $56.0 million remained to repurchase under the Program.

We repurchased the following shares of common stock during the three and six months ended June 30, 2016:
