Basis of Presentation
Basis of Presentation
The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles for interim financial information. Accordingly, these statements do not include all of the information and footnotes required by U.S. generally accepted accounting principles for complete financial statements.  In our opinion, the accompanying condensed consolidated statements of financial position and related interim condensed consolidated statements of income, condensed consolidated statements of shareholders' equity, condensed consolidated statement of comprehensive income (loss) and condensed consolidated statements of cash flows include all normal recurring adjustments necessary for their fair presentation in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.  All significant intercompany transactions have been eliminated.
For all periods and amounts presented, reclassifications have been made for discontinued operations. See Note 16 -"Discontinued Operations" for further discussion.
Certain amounts in the prior-year unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements have been reclassified to conform with the current-year presentation.
Interim results are not necessarily indicative of results for a full year.  For further information regarding our accounting policies, refer to the audited consolidated financial statements and footnotes thereto included in our Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013.
