Useful Lives of Property and Equipment

Depreciation and amortization are calculated using the straight-line method over the following useful lives:

Building	30-35 years
Machinery, equipment and automobiles	7-15 years
Furniture and fixtures	7-10 years
Leasehold improvements	30 years
