ORGANIZATION AND PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES	NOTE 1 - ORGANIZATION AND PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES China YCT International Group, Inc. (“China YCT”) was incorporated in the State of Florida, in the United States (the “US”) in January 1989, and reincorporated in the State of Delaware on April 4, 2007. China YCT principally operates through the following directly owned subsidiaries: Landway Nano Bio-Tech, Inc. (100% owned), incorporated in Delaware, in the United States, and Shandong Spring Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Shandong Spring”), (100% owned), incorporated in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”). China YCT International Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to as the “Company.” China YCT, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Shandong Spring, is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing its own medicine from gingko extract, and other dietary supplement products in the P.R. China.
