Note 1 - Organization and Principal Activities	NOTE 1 - ORGANIZATION AND PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES China YCT International Group, Inc. ("China YCT” or “the Company") through its 100% owned subsidiary Landway Nano Bio-Tech, Inc. ("Landway Nano"), incorporated in Delaware, own 97% of Shandong Spring Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Shandong Spring Pharmaceutical "), incorporated in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The Company, through its 97% owned subsidiary, Shandong Spring Pharmaceutical, is engaged in the business of (i) distributing health care supplement products, (ii) developing, manufacturing, and selling Huoliyuan capsules, a prescription medicine, and (iii) developing the acer truncatum bunge planting bases and selling acer truncatum seed oil in the PRC. Acer truncatum bunge plants are a species of maple tree.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, major products or services, principal markets including location, and the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination, including but not limited to, assets, revenues, or earnings.
