Note 1 - Organization and Business	NOTE 1 - ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS We were incorporated in the State of Florida, in the United States of America (the "USA") in January 1989, and reincorporated in the State of Delaware on April 4, 2007. We, through its 100% owned subsidiary Landway Nano Bio-Tech, Inc. ("Landway Nano"), incorporated in Delaware, own 97% of Shandong Spring Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Shandong Spring Pharmaceutical"), incorporated in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The Company, through its 97% owned subsidiary, Shandong Spring Pharmaceutical, is engaged in the business of (i) distributing health care supplement products manufactured by Shandong Yongchuntang, (ii) developing, manufacturing, and selling Huoliyuan capsules, a prescription medicine, and (iii) developing the acer truncatum bunge planting bases and selling acer truncatum seed oil in the PRC. Acer truncatum bunge plants are a species of maple tree.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, major products or services, principal markets including location, and the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination, including but not limited to, assets, revenues, or earnings. For an entity that has not commenced principal operations, disclosures about the risks and uncertainties related to the activities in which the entity is currently engaged and an understanding of what those activities are being directed toward.
