Note 12 - Subsequent Events	NOTE 12 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events that have occurred after the date of the balance sheet through the date of issuance of these financial statements and determined that no subsequent event requires recognition or disclosure to the consolidated financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
