RESIGNATION OF OFFICER

On December 15, 2011, Richard H. Adams tendered his resignation from Eagle Ford Oil & Gas Corp as Chief Financial Officer to be effective December 31, 2011. Mr. Adams will continue to serve as a Director on the Board of the Directors of the Corporation.

APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OPFFICERS

On January 1, 2012, N. Wilson Thomas will become interim Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation as approved by the Board of Directors.
