Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Persons now or formerly associated with American Bailey Corporation (ABC), including our Chief Executive Officer, currently own approximately 29% of our outstanding Common Shares. On January 1, 2004, we entered into an agreement whereby ABC reimburses us for services that certain employees provide to ABC. In addition, ABC is a sub-lessee under our February 1, 2010 lease of its offices in Stamford, Connecticut, which runs through December 31, 2019. ABC reimburses us for its share of lease and lease-related expenses under the sublease agreement. The Stamford facility houses certain administrative functions. The amounts earned from ABC related to both compensation and the subleases for the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012, were $144, $147 and $149, respectively. The amount due from ABC related to both compensation and the sublease agreement was $13, $13 and $16 at December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012 respectively.
