Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 15, 2016 Lisa A. DiIorio, Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and Bridgehampton National Bank (the “Bank”), notified the Company and the Bank that she was resigning her employment with the Company and the Bank effective April 1, 2016, in order to pursue another employment opportunity.
