On April 6, 2018, the Registrant announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share, payable on April 27, 2018 to shareholders of record as of April 20, 2018.  A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

BRIDGE BANCORP, INC. ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER 2018 DIVIDEND

(Bridgehampton, NY – April 6, 2018) Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ®: BDGE), the holding company for BNB Bank (BNB), announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share. The dividend will be payable on April 27, 2018 to shareholders of record as of April 20, 2018. The Company continues its trend of uninterrupted dividends.
