On October 6, 2017 the Registrant announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share, payable on October 27, 2017 to shareholders of record as of October 20, 2017.  A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

BRIDGE BANCORP, INC. ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2017 DIVIDEND

(Bridgehampton, NY – October 6, 2017) Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ^®: BDGE), the holding company for The Bridgehampton National Bank, announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share. The dividend will be payable on October 27, 2017 to shareholders of record as of October 20, 2017. The Company continues its trend of uninterrupted dividends.
