On July 7, 2017 the Registrant announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share, payable on July 28, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 21, 2017.  A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

BRIDGE BANCORP, INC. ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2017 DIVIDEND

(Bridgehampton, NY – July 7, 2017) Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ^®: BDGE), the holding company for The Bridgehampton National Bank, announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share. The dividend will be payable on July 28, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 21, 2017. The Company continues its trend of uninterrupted dividends.
