Item 5.02   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 15, 2024, Patricia Schaubeck, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Dime Community Bank, (collectively, the “Company”), notified the Company of her intention to resign her positions with the Company effective April 26, 2024.  Ms. Schaubeck’s resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
The Company is engaging in a search to fill this position.
