On September 28, 2023, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share payable on October 24, 2023 to holders of record as of October 17, 2023. Hauppauge, NY – September 28, 2023 – Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCOM) (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of Common Stock, payable on October 24, 2023 to common stockholders of record as of October 17, 2023. The Company continues its trend of uninterrupted dividends.
