During the three months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, the Company’s consolidated effective tax rates were 28.1% and 27.5%, respectively. During the nine months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, the Company’s consolidated effective tax rates were 28.2% and 29.2%, respectively. There were no significant unusual income tax items during the nine months ended September 30, 2022 or 2021.
