During the three months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, the Company’s consolidated effective tax rates were 28.4% and 28.9%, respectively. During the six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, the Company’s consolidated effective tax rates were 28.3% and 31.3%, respectively. There were no significant unusual income tax items during the six months ended June 30, 2022 or 2021.
