INCOME TAXES	17.INCOME TAXES During the three months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, the Company’s consolidated effective tax rates were 27.5% and 21.9%, respectively. During the nine months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, the Company's consolidated effective tax rates were 29.2% and 21.7%, respectively. There were no significant unusual income tax items during the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2021 or 2020.
