INCOME TAXES	17.INCOME TAXES During the three months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, the Company’s consolidated effective tax rates were 28.9% and 21.6%, respectively. During the six months ended June 30, 2021 and June 30, 2020, the Company's consolidated effective tax rates were 31.3% and 21.6%, respectively. There were no significant unusual income tax items during the six-month periods ended June 30, 2021 or 2020.
