On June 24, 2021, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per common share, payable on July 26, 2021 to common stockholders of record on July 19, 2021. Common Stock

Hauppauge, NY – June 24, 2021 – Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCOM) (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share of Common Stock, payable on July 26, 2021 to common stockholders of record as of July 19, 2021.  The Company continues its trend of uninterrupted dividends.
