	On November 1, 2005, Rock of Ages issued a press release regarding its results of operations for the quarter ended October 1, 2005. A copy of the press release is furnished (not filed) as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.

	On November, 2005, the Board of Directors of Rock of Ages Corporation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.025 for each share of common stock, payable on December 15, 2005 to shareholders of record on November 28, 2005.
