On August 21, 2006, InFocus Corporation issued a press release announcing it received a letter from the Bureau of Industry and Security closing its investigation into possible infractions of export law by issuing a cautionary letter in lieu of any further enforcement action. For more details, see the copy of the press release, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
