Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 22, 2019, Owen A. Serjeant, President and a director of CSI Compressco GP Inc. (the “General Partner”), the general partner of CSI Compressco LP (the “Partnership”), and a named executive officer of TETRA Technologies, Inc., notified the Partnership of his resignation from his positions as President and director of the General Partner, effective July 22, 2019, to address personal matters. As previously reported, Mr. Serjeant had been on a paid leave of absence from the Partnership since May 17, 2019.

Brady M. Murphy, the Chairman of the Board of the General Partner and the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of TETRA Technologies, Inc., will continue to serve as Interim President of the General Partner until a replacement is appointed.
