Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously disclosed on a Form 8-K filed on July 16, 2018, Ben C. Chambers, Vice President – Accounting, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of TETRA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), retired on September 30, 2018.  Elijio V. Serrano, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will serve as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer pending the recruitment of a successor to Mr. Chambers.
