Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

This Amendment on Form 8-K/A is being filed solely to correct an inadvertent technical error in the link of Exhibit 10.2 to the Current Report on Form 8-K of TETRA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 17, 2024 (the “Original Report”). Other than fixing the technical error, no other changes have been made to the Original Report or the exhibits filed therewith.
