Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 6 - Related Party Transactions During 2011, Minex Exploration which is controlled by our Director Gregory Schifrin, provided services to New Fork related to maintaining our mining claims in Sweetwater County, Wyoming for $86,358. As of July 31, 2014, $51,359 was owed to Minex Exploration for these services.
