Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 9 - Related Party Transactions During 2011, Minex Exploration which is controlled by our Director Gregory Schifrin, provided services to New Fork related to maintaining our mining claims in Sweetwater County, Wyoming for $86,358. As of October 31, 2013, $51,359 was owed to Minex Exploration for these services. As of October 31, 2013 James G. Baughman, our CEO and Director, was owed $14,500 in fees and $2,192 in accrued benefits for his duties as CEO and $12,222 in expense reimbursements. As of October 31, 2013, the entire amount of $28,914 was owed to Mr. Baughman.

NOTE 9 - Related Party Transactions

During 2011, Minex Exploration which is controlled by our Director Gregory Schifrin, provided services to New Fork related to maintaining our mining claims in Sweetwater County, Wyoming for $86,358. As of October 31, 2013, $51,359 was owed to Minex Exploration for these services.
