Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 10 - Related Party Transactions During 2011, Minex Exploration which is controlled by our Director Gregory Schifrin, provided services to New Fork related to maintaining our mining claims in Sweetwater County, Wyoming for $86,358. As of July 31, 2012, $51,358 was owed to Minex Exploration for these services. During 2011 James G. Baughman, our CEO and Director, was owed $8,000 in fees for his duties as CEO and $4,995 in expense reimbursements. As of July 31, 2012, the entire amount of $12,995 was owed to Mr. Baughman.
