Defined Contribution Plan	13.Defined Contribution Plan The Company has a savings plan that qualifies as a defined contribution plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code, under which the Company makes contributions to match the contributions made by employees participating in the plan. For Fiscal 2017, Fiscal 2016, and Fiscal 2015, the costs of these matching contributions were approximately $154, $137 and $160, respectively.
