On August 19, 2013, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Cherokee Inc. granted Mr. Boling 20,000 stock options as noted above. Such options vest in three annual installments of 6,667, 6,667, and 6,666 shares, respectively, on each yearly anniversary of the grant date.
