Defined Contribution Plan	12. Defined Contribution Plan The Company has a savings plan that qualifies as a defined contribution plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. For Fiscal 2014, Fiscal 2013, and Fiscal 2012, the costs of these matching contributions were approximately $90, $70 and $60, respectively.
