Note 9 - Subsequent Events	In accordance with ASC 855-10, management of the Company has reviewed all material events from September 30, 2017 through the date the financial statements were issued. There were no other material events that warrant any additional disclosure.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
