During July, 2013, the Company issued 500,000 shares of common stock for cash at $0.15 per share.

During September, 2013, the Company issued 600,000 shares of common stock for cash at $0.15 per share.

During October, 2013, the Company issued 700,000 shares of common stock for cash at $0.15 per share.

During November, 2013, the Company issued 900,000 shares of common stock for cash at $0.20 per share.

During February, 2014, the Company issued 1,166,667 shares of common stock for cash at $0.15 per share.

During February, 2014, the Company issued 20,000 shares of common stock for services at $0.15 per share.
