On December 4, 2013, Fuse Science, Inc. (the “Company”) was advised by the family of James T. Frederick, Ph.D., a member of our board of directors since March 2012 and chairperson of the compensation committee of the board of directors, that Dr. Frederick passed away unexpectedly on December 3, 2013.

 

The Company extends its sincere condolences to the Frederick family and acknowledges Dr. Frederick’s tremendous service to the Company.
