TriMas Corporation issued a press release on April 30, 2020, reporting its financial results for the first quarter ending March 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The press release is also available on the Corporation's website at www.trimascorp.com.
