("Lion Holdings") within the Company's Packaging reportable segment for the amount of approximately $27.5 million, net of cash acquired. Located in both India and Vietnam, Lion Holdings specializes in the manufacture of highly engineered dispensing solutions and generated approximately $10 million in revenue for the twelve months ended June 30, 2014.
