New Accounting Pronouncements	New Accounting Pronouncements In May 2014, the Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") issued Accounting Standards Update ("ASU") 2014-09, "Revenue from Contracts with Customers (Topic 606)" ("ASU 2014-09"). ASU 2014-09 requires that an entity recognizes revenue to depict the transfer of promised goods or services to customers in an amount that reflects the consideration to which the company expects to be entitled in exchange for those goods or services. ASU 2014-09 is currently effective for fiscal years, and interim periods within those years, beginning on or after December 15, 2016, subject to an additional one year deferral as recently proposed by the FASB. The Company is in the process of assessing the impact of the adoption of ASU 2014-09 on its consolidated financial statements.
