Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events In July 2014, the Company acquired the stock of Lion Holdings Pvt. Ltd. ("Lion Holdings") for the cash purchase price of approximately $27 million. The purchase price remains subject to the finalization of a net working capital adjustment, if any. Lion Holdings, with locations in India and Vietnam, specializes in the manufacture of highly engineered dispensing solutions and generated approximately $10 million in revenue for the twelve months ended June 30, 2014.
