On February 17, 2009, the Board of Directors of Evans Bancorop, Inc. (the "Company") declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.41 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2009 to shareholders of record as of March 9, 2009.
